Description
The Dashi MG Dual Control Folding Powerchair is a lightweight, automatic folding powerchair with dual control.
This powerchair is a great choice for those who like to travel with the chair being both lightweight and robust and compact in size once folded. It fits nicely into a travel bag which has a shoulder strap to make carrying the bag much more comfortable.
Each motor has its own manual freewheel levers which enable you to disable the drive system in order to manoeuvre the chair manually.
This chair features dual controls which gives the option for an attendant or caregiver to control the powerchair. Included is a mounting bracket that allows you to mount the joystick to the handlebars, allowing the attendant to push the wheelchair with the power assist.
As a result of its clever design, the battery pack is located on the rear of the backrest rather than underneath the chair. This makes the battery pack easily accessible without the need for bending.
The armrests can be flipped up out of the way to facilitate side transfers on and off of the powerchair.
