Any products on our website which are to specifically aid disability or those with chronic illness will have an eligibility notification by them. These products can be purchased excluding VAT.

, however you do not need a doctors letter or other such documentation.
How do I claim?
You will need to complete the simple VAT Relief declaration at the checkout just before the payment screen. This can also be done on your behalf by a carer or family member. We will then process all items which qualify for VAT Relief on your order at the price excluding VAT.
You must be sure of your eligibility for VAT relief before completing the declaration. If you are unsure please consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people or the HMRC National Advice Service on 0845 010 9000.
The goods ordered must be for personal or domestic use only.
It is a criminal offence to claim VAT relief if you do not meet the eligibility criteria. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain whether the eligibility criteria are met.
The VAT relief does not apply to postage and packaging charges.
