This Harley Neck Roll makes converting a normal pillow into an ‘orthopaedic pillow’ quick and economic.
The roll is simply placed inside the pillowcase where it supports the neck encouraging a natural and relaxed alignment of the spine whilst allowing the head to rest on the pillow.
The neck roll comes together with a removable, washable, Harley velour cover. This item is available in two densities; standard and firm.

For all orders under £30.00 excluding VAT a delivery charge of £3.95 will apply.
