Bellavita Nova Bath Lift

The Nova has been carefully designed, developed and manufactured by bathlift experts in Germany. They have added several new exciting patented features. It contains a patented removable backrest which can be taken out by a carer when the bathlift is in its lowest position to maximise bath space, user comfort and water immersion.

A patented dual column ensures optimum stability when rising and lowering across the full height range with excellent stability for transfers on and off the bathlift.

The bath lift is controlled by an easy to use handset and at the touch of a button will gently lower users down to the bottom of the bath. Once the user has finished their bathing they can simply press the raise button and the bathlift will smoothly raise the user back to the top. When fully reclined the backrest reclines to an impressive maximum angle of 50 degrees.

The Bellavita NOVA contains a front cut out in the seat, improving access and comfort for washing and personal hygiene.

As a result of the very low seat height of 6.5cm from the bottom of the bath, this allows for maximum water immersion which also makes this the ideal unit for those who have shallow baths.

The Bellavita Nova has impressive maximum user weight of 170kg (26.7 stone).

A high seat height of 48cm (19”) enables easy and safe transfers in and out of the bath.

There has also been careful consideration to ensure that the backrest was ergonomically designed for lumbar support and added comfort.

Weighing only 9.5kg without the handset (9.9kg with the handset), the Bellavita NOVA is very lightweight making it easy to install and remove from the bath. This is particularly useful for those who want to travel with their bath lift.

One of the most important safety features of this bath lift is that an indicator light notifies users when the handset needs charging. The bathlift has a built in safety feature which prevents the bathlift from lowering down if there is not sufficient charge to return the bathlift seat back to the top of the bath. An
emergency stop button has also been included into the handset for further safety.

Being manufactured from a lightweight plastic frame makes the unit easy to clean.

Can be used with or without covers; washable hygienic covers are easily fitted/removed and provide comfort when bathing (available in white or blue).

The Bellavita Nova will fit in most baths.
