Aston Commode Mobile Self Propelled Shower Chair

The Aston Commode Mobile Self Propelled Shower Chair by Drive Devilbiss is a self-propelled high quality versatile chair that can be used for showering or as a commode. 

This chair has a comfortable waterproof polyurethane moulded seat, seat infill, back and armrests which are easy clean. The seat has been designed so as to provide comfort and warmth with a front cutaway and rear recess which facilitates personal hygiene.

The bright blue upholstery provides a good colour contrast for visually impaired users and the frame is made of robust rust proof lightweight aluminium.

An easy to use e-clip allows for height adjustment to fit the user. There are also angle adjustable footplates which can be swung in and out or removed to facilitate transfers and space saving storage and transportation. The armrests flip up for side transfers and the removable backrest is height adjustable.  

The self-propelling wheels are quick-release and have 61cm (24”) solid puncture-proof tyres and the two front castors are braked. 

The chair has has an easy to remove 5 litre potty with lid and is suitable for both domestic cleaning and thermally decontamination in automated washing machines.
