If you have purchased a larger mobility product and for any reason are not confident in setting up or operating your new purchase, or your location or mobility restricts you safely assembling it, we recommend our Engineered Delivery service. This service usually takes between 5-10 working days to be completed.
If you choose our personal Engineered Delivery service with your purchase our specialist trained engineer will:
- Contact you to agree a suitable delivery appointment.
- Carry out a complete pre-delivery inspection of your product and ensure that it is ready for use.
- Deliver, assemble and fully demonstrate the product and answer any questions you may have. Furniture products can be set up wherever you require them in your home.
- Remove any unwanted packaging when they leave.
This service is available at a cost of £90.00 excluding VAT.
We can also remove and recycle your old riser recliner chairs, mobility scooters and powerchairs for an additional £55.00.
