Delivery Information

We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY* on all orders. Please be advised this will be either a postal or courier to door service only. If the goods are of a large size or you may have difficulty bringing the goods into your home,we recommend that you take advantage of ReliMobility's Engineered Delivery Service.


All mobility scooters and powerchairs include a FREE Engineered Delivery service as standard.

All orders received before 12 noon Monday - Friday will be processed the same day.


Your order will usually arrive within 2-5 working days (unless otherwise stated) for most of the UK mainland. If we cannot supply the goods within this time frame we will contact you to inform you as soon as possible.


For delivery to The Highlands and Islands of Scotland or Northern Ireland please call our customer services team for further information.


Please see the table below for our delivery costs to Europe for non electrical items. Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch. We can supply riser recliner chairs and mobility scooters to Isle of Man, Jersey, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for a delivery cost, as it will vary from product to product.

We advise you sign all deliveries as 'unchecked'. If you suspect your goods have been damaged in transit please sign the delivery note as 'damaged'. You must retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible. Simply signing for the delivery means you are signing to confirm the delivery has been received in good condition, you must sign for as unchecked or damaged.
